"Nice and friendly people Greg was very kind and helpful. The place is a home stiles and very clean and quiet. Most tourists places are very near and walking distance."

"Hampton hotel is an excellent hotel that does everything that they can to make our stay comfortable. We had the Accessible Room for my Mother In Law, who has limited mobility and sometimes needs a wheelchair. The room was large, spacious and clean. Larger than I usually see in UK hotels. The wet room shower was perfect for her to have a shower without needing to step in-and-out of a traditional shower or bath tub. The breakfast was good enough to fill us up ready for the day ahead. The breakfast waffles were tasty indeed. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and did everything that they could to make sure that our needs were met. Even attempting to resolve our TV issues, where the TV volume could not go higher that low. The TV itself was faulty, but the staff still were willing to help. The location was great for being in the center of the touristic beach areas of Bournemouth, with a short walk (on a hill because Bournemouth is a hilly place) to the sandy beach and pier. Would recommend."

"Experience difficulties when car plate number was not registered in the parking system. I have to inform front desk multiple time to get my rental car registered for the parking. After the third time informing the front desk, only then the registration was successful."

"Relativamente piccolo Holiday Inn ma ancora buono e buono valore. Personale utile. Il problema principale è che siamo arrivati al colazione a circa 9.45 (ha detto che il colazione è stato servito fino a 10.30). Essi avevano svuotato alcuni degli articoli non sostituiti, e solo servivano alcuni articoli dopo circa 10.20 quando si chiedeva. Altrimenti, un piacevole paio di notti."

"Nice quiet getaway to Bournemouth, stayed in a lovely little Spa hotel with a heated pool, sauna and jacuzzi, perfect weather to enjoy the beach which is only a 5 mins walk away from the hotel. Breakfast was lovely, continental plus ordered hot food and got a very tasty English brekkie to start the day, very enjoyable and would stay again"

"Friendly receptionist, no waiting around to check in. Provided extra parking time which was a nice touch. Clean room, comfortable bedding, didn’t stay for breakfast so unable to comment on this."
